Antwon Jones, a 30-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically shot to death on the morning of September 30, 2022. The incident occurred inside an apartment located in the 2700 block of Benton Boulevard. According to reports, Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) officers were dispatched to the scene around 9:45 a.m. after receiving a call about a suspected homicide.
