On the evening of January 6, 2019, tragedy struck on the 3800 block of Wabash Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. Arkests Raymon Grant, a 17-year-old Black male, was outside his residence when he was fatally wounded. Reports indicate that Grant had been engaging in a transaction involving the sale of marijuana and was expecting to meet a female acquaintance.
