In the late afternoon of December 21, 2022, a tragic discovery was made in a parking lot in Jennings, a municipality in St. Louis County. Fifteen-year-old Demond Allen Tucker, a young male, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 8300 block of Octavia Avenue.
