Rickey Hunt Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Indianapolis, was fatally shot on May 18, 2014. The incident took place in the 4100 block of North Tacoma Avenue on the east side of the city. Hunt was found with multiple gunshot wounds, left in the street, and he was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a few hours later.
