Trooper Todd Allen Burman, aged 28, tragically lost his life on July 29, 1993, in Camden, Indiana. He was serving with the Indiana State Police and had been appointed on December 9, 1990. On the night of his death, Trooper Burman responded to a call for assistance involving a disorderly subject in Camden, located in Carroll County.
