In the late hours of a Sunday night in Evansville, Indiana, the life of 17-year-old Javion Deshay Presley-McNary, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On June 5, 2022, in the 800 block of Line Street, shots were fired from a vehicle, striking the teenager. He was rushed to St. Vincent Hospital, but succumbed to his injuries shortly after midnight, officially passing away on Monday, June 6, 2022.
