On a tragic day in Evansville, Indiana, Richard Alan Popp, a 41-year-old male, was killed on Sunday, February 11, 2018. His death was part of a double murder-suicide rooted in domestic violence. Popp, a resident of Worthville, Kentucky, was fatally shot in his car on Morgan Avenue near Highway 41.
