On the morning of December 14, 2001, the body of 22-year-old Natalie Moton was discovered in her home at 1145 Oak Park Court in South Bend, Indiana. Natalie, a single mother, had been shot multiple times. Her two-year-old daughter was found unharmed but alone in the house, having cried herself to sleep after the tragic incident.
