Rachel Elizabeth Cooke, a 35-year-old resident of Greenwood, Indiana, was tragically found dead in her apartment on June 3, 2022. The Greenwood Police Department responded to reports of gunshots at the Courts of Valle Vista apartment complex around 5:02 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Cooke's body inside her apartment, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The Johnson County Coroner's Office conducted an autopsy and confirmed that Cooke's death was a homicide.
