Marlys Harper, a 28-year-old resident of Elkhart, Indiana, tragically lost her life on the night of September 9, 1999. She was found dead in her home, having been shot. The incident occurred just after midnight, and her young son, Crispin, was the first to discover her lifeless body slumped against the door. Marlys was a mother of two and worked at a local body shop. She was known for her cheerful personality and dedication to her children.
