In the late summer of 2014, a tragic and bizarre series of events unfolded in the small town of Fowler, Indiana, culminating in the death of 68-year-old Nena Metoyer. A female resident of Dunedin, Florida, Metoyer had traveled to Fowler in August to be cared for by her daughter, Teresa Jarding, as she was reportedly suffering from leukemia. This visit, intended for care and family support, would take a dark and unforeseen turn.
