Tara L. Thornburg, a 23-year-old resident of Syracuse, Indiana, tragically passed away on February 20, 2015, following a fatal shooting incident. Tara was found with a gunshot wound to the head in her home on East Main Street in Syracuse. She was initially kept on life support at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to facilitate organ donation as per her family's wishes.
