Kelly Ann Arney Samson, also known as Kelly Ecker, tragically passed away on October 5, 2014, in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was 50 years old at the time of her death. Kelly was a registered nurse who worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Union Hospital. She had recently married Dr. George Scott Samson, an anesthesiologist at the same hospital, on the day of her death.
