Chloe Carroll, a 15-year-old from Terre Haute, Indiana, tragically passed away on July 23, 2021. Chloe, affectionately known as "Chuchee," was a vibrant young girl who enjoyed sports and spending time with her friends and family^1^. On the night of her death, Chloe was in the back passenger seat of a vehicle parked at the Hoosier Pete Mini Mart when she was shot.
