On February 15, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Richmond, Indiana, where Laura A. Mullen, 48, and her husband, Carl R. Mullen, 62, were found dead in their home. The couple was discovered with gunshot wounds at their residence located in the 800 block of South 6th Street.
