Jeremiah Ross, a three-year-old boy from Elkhart, Indiana, tragically died on November 20, 2014, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred at his home on Morton Avenue, where he was with his mother. According to the Elkhart Police Department, officers responded to a call around 7:30 p.m. and found Jeremiah suffering from a single gunshot wound.
