Terry D. Proctor Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically passed away on March 8, 2015. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the early hours of the morning. Proctor was found deceased in the parking lot of a business located in the 8100 block of East 21st Street. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) reported that he had been shot once.
