Death by Force

Richard Noel Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on the night of October 20, 2015. He was shot and killed at his home located in the 3400 block of Arthington Boulevard. According to reports, someone knocked on the door, and when Richard answered, he was met with gunfire. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to the scene and found Richard with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
