On the morning of November 11, 2015, authorities in Fort Wayne, Indiana, responded to a report regarding a body discovered in the 300 block of Kinnaird Avenue. Upon arrival, police located a deceased individual inside a vehicle parked in an alleyway. The victim was identified as Jose Gavino
Razo-Rodriguez, an 18-year-old Hispanic male who was a senior at South Side High School. In addition to his studies, he was known to hold a job at a local Metro PCS store. Following an autopsy, the Allen County Coroner’s Office ruled the manner of death a homicide, confirming that he had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
