April D. Bailey, aged 39, tragically lost her life on January 13, 2016, in Gary, Indiana. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and heartbreaking. On that fateful day, Bailey was at her home in the 4700 block of Delaware Street when she was shot in the face at point-blank range.
