Floyd Teague V, an 18-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2016. The incident occurred on the city's northeast side at a Clark gas station located in the 2900 block of East 38th Street. According to reports, Teague was shot in the head while sitting in his car.
