Bonnie Franks, aged 73, passed away on June 30, 2016, at her residence in Muncie, Indiana. Born on January 29, 1943, in New Castle, she was the daughter of Milton P. and Wealthia "Peggy" Koenig. Bonnie was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed fishing, cycling, and gardening. She was married to James R. "Jim" Franks and is survived by her children and grandchildren.
