Jessica Downey, a 21-year-old from Vincennes, Indiana, tragically lost her life on November 23, 2016, in Indianapolis. On that fateful evening, police responded to a car accident near 25th and Adams streets. Upon arrival, they found Jessica slumped over the steering wheel, having been shot. She was rushed to Methodist Hospital but succumbed to her injuries shortly after.
