In the winter of 2017, the life of Stephania Bartlett, a 30-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically cut short in Fort Wayne, Indiana. On the evening of January 11th, her body was discovered in an alley near Sherman Boulevard. She had been fatally shot, and her death was swiftly ruled a homicide by the county coroner.
