On May 13, 2016, Carl Derrelle Chislom, aged 27, was shot and killed on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred during the evening, and Carl was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate efforts to transport him to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
