Natoria Goines, a 19-year-old mother of two from Chicago, was found fatally shot in Gary, Indiana, on February 28, 2017. Her body was discovered behind an abandoned church in the 3900 block of Delaware Street. The Lake County Coroner's office confirmed that she died from a gunshot wound, and her death was ruled a homicide.
