Corey Brazelton, an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, tragically passed away on March 21, 2017, in Gary, Indiana. Corey was pronounced dead at Methodist Hospitals Northlake in Gary after suffering a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred at his aunt's home in the 2500 block of Tyler Street.
