In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Indianapolis, the life of 39-year-old Damon Young was tragically cut short. On May 30, 2017, residents of Congress Street were startled by the sound of multiple gunshots. Venturing outside, they found Young lying in the street, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was rushed to Eskenazi Hospital, but tragically, he did not survive his injuries.
