Kevin Hood, a 43-year-old entrepreneur from Gary, Indiana, was tragically shot and killed on July 28, 2017. Hood, who was a father of five and a member of the Ruff Ryders Motorcycle Club, had just opened his third car wash, Shine On Hand Car Wash & Detail, located at 15th and Massachusetts streets.
