In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Gary, Indiana, the life of 29-year-old Marcel Harris of Sauk Village was tragically cut short. On August 8, 2017, police responded to a call of a person shot in the 5400 block of West 25th Avenue. Inside a business at that location, they discovered Mr. Harris suffering from a gunshot wound.
