Quintin B. Armour, a 24-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically passed away on September 6, 2017. His death was a result of a shooting incident that occurred inside a home located in the 3000 block of Oliver Street. Armour's death was officially recorded as the 24th homicide in Allen County for the year 2017.
