Tarial R. Moncrief, aged 29, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2017, in Indianapolis, Indiana. His body was discovered around 9 a.m. in the 1500 block of Nelson Avenue by a 13-year-old boy riding his bike. The circumstances surrounding his death were linked to a botched home invasion attempt.
