In the late hours of March 2, 2015, the life of 19-year-old Devonzae Dewayne Motley-Jones was tragically cut short on Caroline Avenue in Indianapolis. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 10:40 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Motley-Jones suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
