In the late summer of 2016, the discovery of a woman's body in a vacant house on Indianapolis's east side marked the beginning of a lingering mystery. Yolanda Williams, a 38-year-old female, was found deceased inside an abandoned home on Jefferson Avenue, near Woodruff Place.
