A woman is found dead and her apartment is set on fire
In the summer of 1973, a recently divorced 43-year-old woman named Patricia Anderson was building a new life with her 18-year-old daughter in an Indianapolis apartment. On the evening of Saturday, July 29th, her daughter left for a date around 9:30 p.m., leaving Patricia at home for the night. The quiet of the early morning hours of the following day was shattered when a neighbor was roused by the sight of smoke billowing from Patricia's ground-level apartment.
