Toshika Boler, age 32, was shot and killed on November 13, 2017, in Indianapolis. The incident took place at a Phillips 66 gas station located at the corner of 34th Street and Keystone Avenue just after midnight. During this tragic event, both Boler and Trevon Harris, age 26, were fatally wounded in what has been described as a shooting that erupted suddenly.
