Catrina Russell, a 49-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically passed away on January 28, 2018. Her death was the result of a violent incident that led to a significant legal case. On that fateful day, officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of East New York Street following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Russell in a parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
