In the early morning hours of February 4, 2018, the quiet of a Marion, Indiana home was shattered by a tragic event that claimed the lives of two teenagers. Thirteen-year-old Alainee M. Byer, a student at Baskett Middle School, was spending the night at her father's residence. While her father was away at work, he received a notification about a potential problem involving his daughter and 17-year-old Corbin T. Page. Rushing home, he discovered a devastating scene.
