Daekwon Lee Tobar, a 17-year-old from South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2018. Born on January 8, 2001, in Genesee County, Flint, Michigan, Daekwon was a beloved member of his family and community. He is survived by his parents, Theresa Brown and Marvin Tobar Sr., and his seven siblings.
