In the winter of 2020, the life of a young man from South Bend, Indiana, was tragically cut short. Deshawn Daniel Pfeifer, a 20-year-old male, was found deceased on Saturday, January 4, 2020. His body was discovered by someone passing by in an alley located near the 1300 block of Corby Boulevard in South Bend. An investigation into his death determined that he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
