Heather Mandujano, aged 40, tragically lost her life on July 9, 2018, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident that led to her death occurred on July 11, 2018, when she attempted to intervene in an argument between John Woodcock and Adam Walls at an apartment on Barth Avenue. During the altercation, Woodcock shot Mandujano in the forehead. The bullet passed through her and struck Walls in the arm. Mandujano succumbed to her injuries a few days later.
