Brian Thomas, a 30-year-old resident of Hammond, Indiana, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2018, in East Chicago, Indiana. The incident occurred late on a Saturday night when authorities were called to the 4900 block of Kennedy Avenue in East Chicago following reports of shots fired.
