On Thursday, April 6, 2023, around 11:30 p.m., East Chicago Police Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 3801 Euclid Avenue, specifically at Euclid Liquors. The response was triggered by a Shotspotter alert indicating 8 rounds had been fired near this location.
