In the winter of 2019, the life of 20-year-old Rashad Edmond was tragically cut short in his hometown of Gary, Indiana. Born on October 11, 1998, to Tamika White and Robert Edmond, Rashad was remembered as a joyful person with a beautiful smile that could light up a room. He had attended schools in both Fridley, Minnesota, and Gary, Indiana.
