Skylar Maupin, a 21-year-old male, was killed on the evening of January 17, 2019, in Bloomington, Indiana, during a planned drug transaction that escalated into a fatal robbery. A graduate of Seymour High School, Maupin was a student at Ivy Tech in Bloomington at the time of his death.
