Tyler Winfrey, a 17-year-old from Richmond, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2019. Tyler was a well-loved member of his community, known for his involvement in various activities and his aspirations for the future. He attended Richmond High School and was a member of the Second Chance Ministries Church. Tyler was also active in the Jeffers Boys and Girls Club, where he served as a mentor.
