In the winter of 2019, the life of 17-year-old Tyler L. Winfrey was tragically cut short in an apartment in Richmond, Indiana. A student in the 12th grade at Richmond High School, he was known for his giant, caring heart and a forgiving nature. He was an active member of his community, involved with the Second Chance Ministries Church and the Jeffers Boys and Girls Club, where he also served as a mentor.
