In a quiet Fort Wayne neighborhood, the life of 40-year-old Pablo Guzman Vasquez was tragically cut short on the evening of October 13, 2019. Responding to reports of gunfire in the 600 block of Runnion Avenue, police discovered Vasquez on the sidewalk, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate medical attention he received, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Allen County Coroner's Office later ruled his death a homicide.
