Victor M. Diaz Jr., a 44-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2019. Diaz, also known as Manny or Vic, was a graduate of West Side High School and had attended ITT in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was employed as a certified master welder at Refax Incorporation, a profession he had practiced for over 20 years.
