On the evening of December 31, 2019, a violent incident unfolded in Indianapolis, Indiana, resulting in the death of 59-year-old Eddie Brown. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire around 8:20 p.m. in the area near the intersection of West St. Clair Street and North Belmont Avenue on the city’s near west side.
