Shaugnje Scott, a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically killed on January 9, 2020. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a 911 call that morning, discovering Scott's lifeless body in her apartment on the city's west side. Upon arrival, officers found her unresponsive and pronounced her dead at the scene. An investigation revealed that her injuries were consistent with gunshot wounds.
